The Shevchenkiv District Court of Kyiv sentenced the organizer of parties with group sex.
This is stated in the case files in the Unified Register of Court Decisions.
The idea of such parties was that strangers engaged in group sex among themselves and paid the organizers of the “event” for it.
The investigators established that there were three accomplices-organizers.

“The group organized by Person 1 was stable, which found its expression in cohesion, stability and duration of existence.
Thus, there were constant internal connections between the members of the organized group. Discussion of common problems, planning of relevant events was typical“, the case documents state.
On the eve of the first party in November 2022, the organizers even placed advertisements in several Telegram channels.
The law enforcement officers made an “operational purchase”: 2 weeks before the event, they contacted the organizers and “booked” a place for November 5. A ticket to a debauched party cost 1.8 thousand hryvnias.
The organizers bought food, alcohol, contraceptives and entourage (there were candles and a massage table).
A transfer was organized for the participants of the sex party, but documents were carefully checked at the entrance to the rented apartment.
There were about 25 people at the first party. Throughout the night, the organizers asked the participants about the preferences of the customers in sexual relations and organized sexual games for relaxation. After the instruction, group intercourse took place.
Two days after the first party, the police received an invitation to the second event, which was to be held on December 18. The ticket cost 2 thousand hryvnias. The organizers informed that there will be 6 men and 1 girl.
A month later, the organizers announced a third party: it was to be held in a sauna. The price of the entrance ticket was 1.3 thousand hryvnias. The organizers gathered as many as 50 participants there.
One of the organizers of the event admitted his guilt during the investigation and made a deal with the prosecutor.
The court found him guilty under the article on creating or maintaining places of debauchery and prostitution. He was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment, replaced by a year of probation.
