In Kyiv, animal rescuers caught a fox that had climbed to the eighth floor of an unfinished building.
The animal could not get down on its own, the Kyiv Animal Rescue Group says.
“The fox was noticed by a construction guard. He tried to approach it on his own, but realized that the animal could fall in this case. That’s why he turned to our team.” – rescuer Mykhailo Storozhuk noted in a comment for “UP. Life”.
According to him, the fox did not have any injuries or external manifestations of diseases.

During the stay at the construction site, the fox managed to do some damage – it gnawed on the building materials that were nearby.
While on the eighth floor, the animal was very frightened and frozen. When the rescuers arrived, she did not resist much.
“The fox ran a little and was covered with a net. The main thing is that she didn’t try to jump out of the window. Because wild animals don’t always understand what height is.” – says the rescuer.
The rescuers released the fox near the forest.
As Mykhailo Storozhuk notes, the KARG team regularly has to catch wild animals that run into the city. Foxes, along with roe deer and raccoon-like dogs, are the most frequent visitors.
We will remind, in Kyiv, a forest deer was caught wandering the streets of the city.
