In Bukovyna, a man was sentenced to 10 years in prison for raping a 14-year-old girl.
Prosecutors proved in court that a resident of the Dnistrovsky district committed a crime against the daughter of his acquaintances, with whom he temporarily lived, the Chernivtsi regional prosecutor’s office reports.
“For supporting the public prosecution of juvenile prosecutors of the Chernivtsi regional prosecutor’s office, a resident of the Dnistrovsky district was convicted of the rape of a 14-year-old girl (Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)”the prosecutor’s office reports.
At the end of October 2022, an intoxicated man raped a child using physical violence.

The man pleaded not guilty. However, the court, after evaluating the evidence, found the offender guilty of the incriminated offense.
He is currently in custody.
The pre-trial investigation was conducted by National Police investigators in the Chernivtsi region.
We will remind, earlier in Ternopil Oblast, a teenager who raped a 13-year-old girl was sentenced to 8 years.
Also in Kryvyi Rih, a man who tried to rape a minor was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
