The law enforcement officers established that due to health problems, the teenager had been going to massages in one of the health and rehabilitation centers of the region for a long time. During another session, to which the boy came alone, the 46-year-old massage master made fun of him. The boy confessed this to his mother, who contacted the police. “The rapist took advantage of the helpless state of the child and, in order to satisfy his sexual passion, carried out acts of a sexual nature,” said the head of the Kyiv region police, Andrii Nebytov. The suspect was arrested on the charge of rape of minors. The sanction of the article provides up to 12 years of imprisonment. Currently, the man is in a detention center. In a comment to “UP. Life”, the spokeswoman for the police of the Kyiv Region, Iryna Pryanishnikova, said that the minor has certain physical disabilities, which is why he attended general massage sessions at a local health center for about a year.
