In the Lviv region, a woman was fined because her son shot a toy gun at school
In the Lviv region, the mother of a schoolboy who fired a toy gun in the classroom was fined.
This is stated in the decision of the Chervonograd city court.
On October 9, 2023, a schoolboy brought a toy gun to one of the Chervonograd gymnasiums where he studies. In the office, the boy started shooting plastic balls.
Because of this incident, the teachers contacted the police. The law enforcement officers filed a protocol against the boy’s mother for committing an administrative offense due to improper care of the child.

The woman did not come to the court session, but the case file contains her plea of guilty.
The judge found the schoolboy’s mother guilty of improper performance of parental duties. For this, she was fined 850 hryvnias.
