In New York, 39-year-old local resident Rosemary Hein threw a bowl of hot food in the face of an employee of the Chipotle fast-food chain restaurant.

For this, she will spend a month behind bars and another two months will work at a fast food restaurant, CNN reports.

On September 5, a video appeared online showing a woman first scolding a restaurant employee, Emily Russell, and then throwing a plate of food in her face.

According to her lawyer, Joseph O’Malley, the woman had no previous problems with the law. Hayne regrets his actions, O’Malley added.

Judge Timothy Gilligan in Parma, Ohio, who sentenced the woman, offered her a choice of 90 days in jail or 30 days in jail and 60 days of work at a fast food restaurant.

To which the woman Hein replied that she would like “to be in the place of an employee of the institution.” She is currently looking for a job.

Hein will also have to pay a fine of $250 and will be placed on probation for two years.
