On the website of the State Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Social Policy, information about enterprises that produce prostheses, orthoses and orthopedic shoes appeared.
This was reported to the Ministry of Social Policy.
With the help of the dashboard, you can learn about the location of enterprises and their contact information, as well as filter data by region, district or territorial community.
Information is also available on how busy the selected enterprise is, its capacity to manufacture prostheses of the upper and lower limbs.

“From now on, when choosing a prosthetics company, anyone can check its availability online. This information will allow you to understand whether you will have to wait in line for prosthetics.” – noted Minister of Social Policy Oksana Zholnovich.
Prosthetic companies can also submit their data to the dashboard by filling out a form.
The department emphasizes that in order to get a prosthesis for free, one does not need to wait for the establishment of disability, collect funds and go abroad: the state provides a prosthesis to everyone who needs it.
“Prostheses can be provided free of charge not only to military personnel, but also to civilians who have suffered as a result of hostilities. For military personnel, the maximum cost of a prosthesis covered by the state is three times higher. The maximum cost compensation is UAH 2 million. This amount allows us to guarantee the high functionality of the prosthesis.”the ministry says.
Currently, there are about 50 prosthetic and orthopedic enterprises operating in Ukraine, which are entered in the Register of the State Medical Service as manufacturers of medical devices that meet the conditions of technical regulations.
It will be recalled that earlier in the Ministry of Health Protection it was reported that rehabilitation aids can now be obtained free of charge without registering a disability and passing a medical and social examination (MSEK). However, multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams should be formed for this. Currently, such pilot projects are working in 19 hospitals.
