In 1975, Beck recorded the all-instrumental album Blow By Blow. On it, the guitar parts essentially replaced the vocals – and it was this approach that became the main one for him in the following years.
Several albums recorded by Beck have gone platinum. He released his last album “18” in 2022. He had a significant impact on the development of heavy metal and jazz rock.
Jeff Beck received the Grammy Award seven times, and was twice inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992 and 2009.
