Ukrainian writer and poet Lina Kostenko signed a collection of her poems to Daryna Vdovenko from Kharkiv. In the summer, the girl went on a single picket against the performance of the singer Svitlana Loboda. The people of Kharkiv presented the presentation on September 19, reports Ukrinform. Lina Kostenko wished Daryna “a happy fate and bright horizons of life”, and her native Kharkiv – a revival. The book was provided by “Ababagalamaga” publishing house. We will remind, 16-year-old Daryna Vdovenko came to Svitlana Loboda’s performance in the Kharkiv garden named after Shevchenko on June 25. In her hands, she held the poster “Kharkiv without Loboda”, because the singer performed in Russia. Later, the singer apologized on social networks and said that she respects the girl’s position. This year, Daryna Vdovenko became a student of the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. She is studying easel painting, so far couples are online and occupy most of her free time. The girl noted that she is still sometimes recognized on the streets. After a single picket, many Ukrainians supported her: they sent books and sweets. “The book about Maria Prymachenko – with her biography and works – became very interesting for me. This is a very beautiful collector’s edition, which was presented by Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the NSDC. Of course, it was a surprise. I also have a gift from Lyubov Zahorovska, the compiler of the book “My UPA”, which I was interested in and was just about to buy,” said the woman from Kharkiv.
