A sociological survey was conducted among the occupiers at the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War. More than 12% of the interviewed prisoners indicated that they did not even have a secondary education. Andrii Yusov, a representative of the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, announced this during a briefing at the Military Media Center. “More than 12.2% of prisoners did not even receive a secondary education. This indicator is even difficult to imagine in European and Ukrainian realities! These are adult men, often under the age of 50, who in principle do not have any education. One can only imagine what categories, values , they are capable of operating,” he said. He noted that the largest number of people with higher education are citizens forcibly mobilized from the territory of ORDLO. More than 40% of the prisoners were part of the Russian army, as well as a large proportion of those forcibly mobilized from the “people’s police of the L/DPR”. 12.5% of the Wagnerites were soldiers of the Russian Guard, only 2.2%. , that 40% of respondents indicated that they had voluntarily surrendered to captivity.
