Also, according to the investigators, the director of the polyclinic, his deputy for technical issues and the first deputy head of the Desnyan district, Iryna Alekseenko, are responsible for the operation of the shelter. They were charged with official negligence. On June 3, the court arrested the guard and sent the other suspects under house arrest, “Grate” reports. People started knocking on the (entrance – ed.) door (of the polyclinic – ed.). I reached the registration desk and was knocked down, and then the glass flew from above. It was terrible there,” said Moshkin. The guard did not have time to open the door, because the rocket arrived too quickly. Its wreckage fell four minutes after the “alarm”. “After that, I went to help people. I brought peroxide, bandages. Then I went to call the ambulance, shut off the water, because the basement began to flood. Then Shugalevich appeared (hospital director Oleg Shugalevich – ed.). He said that I was better in this state get out of here. I said: until the authorities come, I’m not going anywhere. I stayed where I am. Where to run? Plus there’s a lot of valuables, there are computers around. If all this is stolen, what will they say to me? I have nowhere to hide . And where will I hide in this life? It’s like a hare running away from a wolf. The wolf will still catch up and eat,” explained Moshkin in the courtroom, asking the court not to arrest him. Viktor admitted that he did not have time to fulfill his official duties, asking the court not to arrest him. However, he was refused. According to “Graty”, his lawyer is going to file an appeal against the arrest decision.
