Law enforcement officers helped a mother with six young children aged 2 months to 11 years to move to a safe place from a border village in Chernihiv Oblast.

The family lived just two kilometers from the Russian border under daily shelling by the occupiers, the police of the Chernihiv region reported.

Parting with her native home was painful for the woman, she hesitated for a long time to agree to the evacuation“, the law enforcement officers say.

The policemen loaded the most valuable property of a large family into the back of a car, and within an hour they brought it to the house where the mother and her children will now live.
