But every young person at the age of 18 begins to take special training courses: medicine, shooting, trenches, coordination. Then he studies for whomever he wants, but once a year he takes one-month courses for specialization. Do you want to be a machine gunner? – develop as a machine gunner. If you want to be a drone operator, go for it,” says Oleksiy Rezinkov. Oleksiy Reznikov Posadovets also believes that the “culture of shooting ranges” should develop in Ukraine. “Going to the shooting range should be a culture. Shooting ranges should work so that everyone knows how to use firearms skillfully. The reform needs to be completed, and officially registered firearms should be available to the population, of course, with the passing of checks by a psychiatrist, drug addict and law enforcement agencies.” – says the minister. Oleksiy Reznikov is convinced that Ukrainians need to prepare for a change in the legal plan and in the culture of behavior after the victory. “Unfortunately, a physically hostile country, which is our neighbor, will not fly into space. Therefore, the only guarantee of not repeating such an invasion is a powerful sector of security and defense forces, as well as understandable the concept of an army of reservists.
