The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States has published data confirming that there is no link between the vaccine against COVID-19 and sudden cardiac arrest in healthy young people.

As part of the study, scientists analyzed death certificates and vaccination records of those who died of “cardiac or unspecified” causes in Oregon (USA). The report included information on people aged 16 to 30 who died between June 2021 and December 2022.

The results showed that of the 925 men, only two were vaccinated within 100 days before death. Among the 367 deceased women, only one was vaccinated against the coronavirus.

The report noted that from January 2021 to January 2022, the risk of heart complications in people aged 5 years and older was significantly higher after exposure to COVID-19 than after vaccination against the disease.

These findings are consistent with previous studies on the safety and efficacy of the manufacturers’ mRNA vaccines Johnson & Johnson, Modern and Pfizer.
