During the inspection, the police of the Chernihiv region found that the child lives in improper sanitary and hygienic conditions and is subjected to domestic violence. The child was removed, now she is under the supervision of doctors. “The child has already been examined by a specialist, no injuries were found. She was removed, she is in the hospital,” Oleksandr Lomako added. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the child’s mother for neglect of duties and domestic violence. The head of the Children’s Department in Chernihiv, Olena Zinchenko, said that a lawsuit will be filed in court within seven days. During this time, the child will be in the hospital. “Depending on what decision the court makes, the issue of further placement will be considered. If the court accepts the removal of the child without deprivation, then we will offer the child the status of a child deprived of parental care, in accordance with the resolution, and we will place him in family forms of upbringing.” Zinchenko said.
