However, this did not convince investor Bloom. He was much more concerned about the use of a video game joystick to control the boat and the inability to open the hatch from the inside even in an emergency.
Jay Bloom noted that Stockton Rush’s confidence was unwavering.
“It was his dream. He’s a good guy, I really liked him, and I think he meant well. But he believed in a doomed idea, overshadowed by the perceived potentially high rewards“, he added.
It will be recalled that the submarine “Titan” went into the ocean to the remains of the “Titanic” in the morning of June 18. However, after 1 hour 45 minutes, they lost contact with the module.
The oxygen supply was enough for 4 days. However, the search dragged on: the ship was searched for 5 days. All its passengers died.
