According to Dmytro Lubinets, Ihor Kiryanenko currently needs a heart operation. Its implementation is allowed only in the conditions of the cardiac surgery department, otherwise there is a risk of death. “It is obvious that the Russians are hiding the critical condition of the Ukrainian from international organizations and do not allow any representatives to visit him.
