In the Poltava region, the court found guilty of a woman who sent her intimate masturbation videos via Telegram. Her actions were classified as distribution of pornographic products and a fine of 34,000 hryvnias was imposed. This is stated in the case of the Unified State Register of Court Decisions. The materials indicate that in February 2023, the woman recorded two videos of herself masturbating on her phone and saved them on her phone. Photo: everythingposs/Depositphotos On February 19, a woman sent them to another user via Telegram. “She produced two video files of a pornographic nature using videos of her own naked body, which reflect the sphere of sexual life in a vulgar-naturalistic, cynical and indecent and unnatural form,” the court’s verdict said. On July 5, the prosecutor entered into an agreement with the author of the video on her admission of guilt (Article 468 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The woman was ordered to pay a fine of UAH 34,000. The woman’s phone was recognized as an instrument of crime. The court decided to confiscate it into state property. It will be recalled that a girl from Volyn, who sold her own pornographic photos and videos on social networks, was convicted.
