“Boys are changing” is a new social and educational project developed by the creators of the TV series Slovo Patsana, announced on Thursday on the Fontanka website by the National Media Group, NMG Studio and Rostelecom’s Wink.ru video service.
“The goal of the project is to help parents and teenagers cope with the difficulties of the transitional age,” say the authors of the educational plan.
On the example of scenes from the series, the consequences of reckless actions of teenagers are shown, and recommendations are given to parents. On the project’s website there are contacts of free hotline centers for help to parents and teenagers, as well as a special button “I need help”, where you can anonymously talk about a difficult situation and get a psychologist’s answer.
The section “Legal responsibility” is devoted to the analysis of the actions of the characters of the TV series “The Boy’s Word. Blood on the Asphalt” from the point of view of the current norms of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Our series is a powerful vaccine against violence and crime. He honestly shows that there is no romance in groupings. That retribution will surely come, and no “friends” will save – rather, on the contrary… Only the family can save from violence and crime, – believes the general director of the Wink.ru video service (a joint venture of Rostelecom and NMH) Anton Volodkin.
“According to studies, parents of teenagers spend with them fully, without distractions, no more than six minutes a day. And in our series, everything is like that. Everyone is busy. After each episode, I want to ask parents if they know where the child is now, what he is doing, What worries him. I want to help every parent find the strength, resources and tools to be closer to their child in what is perhaps the most difficult period of their life.”
