Ukrainian truth presented a list of Ukrainian leaders who made the greatest contribution to the free future of Ukraine. In the category “Culture” the editors and invited experts recognized 18 people. Another eight cultural workers were included in other categories.
“This project differs from other ratings that determine wealth or influence. Because we put such an important feature as leadership in the first place. Our team sincerely believes that people who have been able to take responsibility, who have done more than even they expected of themselves, help our country endure the most important historical battle for the right to be” – said the editor-in-chief of Ukrainian Pravda at the award announcement of the winners Sevgil Musaeva.
In addition to the editors of Ukrainian Pravda, experts helped determine the list of leaders in the “Culture” category: Tatyana Filevskacreative director of the Ukrainian Institute, Julia Kozlovetscoordinator of the “Book Arsenal” International Festival, Tatiana Pylypchukdirector of the Kharkiv Literary Museum.

Participants were evaluated according to the following criteria:

- leadership
- virtue

In addition, cultural figures were presented in other nominations. To the category “Defenders” a Ukrainian director and military man, a former political prisoner of the Kremlin, entered Oleg Sentsevand to “State Administration” director of the Institute of National Memory Anton Drohobych.
