A certificate must be submitted to register for the National Multi-Subject Test. Ukrainian entrants will be able to do this with a foreign education document, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Andriy Vitrenko said on the air of the telethon on April 29. “You can register at the NMT with any set of documents, that is, it can be a passport or even an identification code – this is done for those people who are in the temporarily occupied territories or whose documents may have been lost,” the official said. He added that in the event of admission to higher education with a foreign certificate, the document will need to be recognized in Ukraine within a year.
