The National Police evacuated three children and their mother from New York to Donetsk region. VIDEO
The evacuation team of the National Police “White Angel” took three children and their mother from New York to Donetsk region. 7-year-old Alyona, 11-year-old Kyrylo and 13-year-old Ivan lived in the village under daily shelling by the occupiers, the National Police reports. “To make the explosions less audible, the children covered their ears with cotton wool and waited out the shelling in the basement. Now the children are safe – the “White Angel” police crew successfully evacuated the family,” law enforcement officers say. The front-line city of New York suffers from Russian shelling every day, and the road to it is becoming more dangerous, because the occupiers are also hitting the highway with various types of weapons. There is also no water and gas in New York, which the occupiers cut off at the beginning of the full-scale war. A woman with three children agreed to the evacuation and waited for the police. “On the way, the children told how the occupiers are mercilessly shelling their native village, destroying everything around,” the “white angels” say. The family was taken to the evacuation point. Now the volunteers have to help them settle in a safer region. It will be recalled that earlier the Ministry of Reintegration reported that over 10,700 children were evacuated from Donetsk region during the year.
