Chihuahua nicknamed Pearl was recognized as the shortest dog in the world. The animal was included in the Guinness Book of Records, the website says. According to documents, Pearl was born in the state of Florida in the USA on September 1, 2020. Its height is only 9.14 cm. The length of the Pearl is 12.7 cm – about the same size as a dollar bill.
