The teacher from Fastov, who looked after the children in the house, reported the suspicion. She tortured a 9-year-old girl for “educational” purposes. This was reported by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. The investigators established that the woman worked with the children by prior agreement with the guardian. “There were occasional misunderstandings between the woman and the two children due to the fact that the latter did not follow the rules of residence established by her. So, the day before, the suspect called an 11-year-old girl into one of the rooms of the house and hit her at least 25 times with her palm in different parts of the body. In addition , with the aim of intimidating other children, she beat a 9-year-old pupil of the house on the legs with a branch,” the prosecutor’s office said. The woman was detained and a petition was sent to the court to award her a preventive measure in the form of detention.
