The Ukrainian parliament has registered a draft law, which, if passed, will give more servicemen the opportunity to receive disability. In particular, we are talking about military personnel who were wounded, maimed, contused, injured and sick as a result of Russian attacks on military units and educational institutions. “Due to missile strikes on such military educational institutions, training units (centers), military units, a significant number of servicemen of various ranks died, as well as a significant number of servicemen became persons with disabilities as a result of injuries, contusions, mutilations, injuries, or illnesses,” it says. in the explanatory note to the draft law. The authors of the draft law explain that in such centers servicemen learn new military specialties, training and retraining of contract servicemen is carried out there, and new weapons and equipment are studied.
