After 3 years of the experimental stage of the YeMalyatko service, the Cabinet of Ministers transferred the service to a permanent basis. This was announced at the Government Quarter. Today, 89% of new parents choose this service. “Malyatko” is a comprehensive service for young parents. It allows you to receive 9 services at once on the “Diya” portal, which are necessary for the birth of a child. These include: state birth registration and determination of the child’s origin; registration in the State Register of natural persons — taxpayers; entering information about the child into the Unified State Demographic Register with automatic generation of a unique entry number in it; entering information about the child into the Register of Patients in the electronic health care system (except for the case when a court has made a decision regarding the child to establish the fact of the child’s birth). At the same time, parents can choose to receive the following services: declaration of the child’s place of residence; appointment of assistance at the birth of a child; provision of monetary compensation for the cost of one-time in-kind assistance “baby packages”. If the parents apply for the appointment of assistance or the granting of the corresponding status, you can choose: issuing certificates of parents of a large family and a child from a large family (provided that the relevant services are implemented on the “Diya” portal); assignment of assistance to children raised in large families (provided that relevant services are implemented on the Diya portal). You can get the comprehensive service “eMalyatko” on the “Diya” portal or offline in the department of the State Medical Center, through the National Center for Health Care and Health Care Institutions that provide medical assistance during childbirth. As a reminder, “yeMalyatko” became available online in 2020. This is one of the most important services in the stages of building a digital state. It significantly simplified the processing of a package of documents for newborn children.
