In Odesa, a young man made three children drunk. One of them was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
This incident was reported to the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Odesa region.
In the Kili community, three friends aged 10, 11 and 12 gathered at the house of the oldest of them. The boy’s parents were not there – only the lodger. It was he who suggested the children celebrate the holidays with homemade wine.
The man and the boys started drinking at home, and ended up in the park on a bench. The teacher noticed them there.

The youngest boy was not feeling well, so the woman called an ambulance for him. The child was hospitalized in serious condition.
All the boys are doing well at the moment.
The law enforcement officers filed a report against the man who drove the children to a state of intoxication and their parents:
- the youth faces a fine of six to eight tax-free minimum incomes of citizens under Part 1 of Art. 180 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses for intoxicating minors;
- parents of two older boys – a fine of fifty to one hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens for failure to fulfill parental duties (Part 1 of Article 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses);
- the parents of a 10-year-old boy – a fine of one hundred to three hundred tax-free minimum incomes of citizens (Part 2 of Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code). During the year, they were already prosecuted for the fact that they did not monitor their son’s studies and he skipped classes.
We will remind, in Mykolaiv, the police are investigating the beating by the mother of her 4-year-old daughter, who complained to her relatives.
