Therefore salary is very important,” Oksen said. Lisovyi says that there is an “understanding of this problem” at all political levels, and the payment model and the solution to this problem are in the works. “How will we do it – will we use the tariff grid or leave it, I will not burden the viewer with these details. But there is a goal, it has been set,” the educator noted. The increase should be systemic, says Lisovyi. “Another question is what will be the principle of this increase, what will be the prioritization, to whom in the first place or all together. These are already ways – and these ways are now being actively worked out at all levels. That is why it is definitely a priority,” the minister added. We will remind, earlier Oksen Lisovyi said that he wants to simplify education for children who study in foreign and Ukrainian schools at the same time.
