In Kyiv, a man was arrested who cursed and poured beer on a passerby who was with his young daughter while intoxicated on the street.

All this is due to the fact that the mother and child spoke in Ukrainian, the Kyiv police report.

In social networks, law enforcement officers came across a video in which a man with signs of alcohol intoxication provoked a conflict with a woman passing by.

The incident happened on the territory of the Dnipro district of the capital.

The victim told the police that a stranger began threatening her and her daughter on the playground because they spoke Ukrainian.

The offender cursed obscenely, poured beer on the woman and uttered anti-Ukrainian slogans“, – reported the metropolitan police officers.

The law enforcement officers established the identity and place of residence of the violator.

He turned out to be a 36-year-old native of Vinnytsia.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the man for petty hooliganism (Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine).

“Currently, the law enforcement officers are checking him for his commitment to the “Russian peace” and for his involvement in committing other offenses in the territory of the city of Kyiv.” – added the police.
