From February 1, “Ukrposhta” will deliver medicine to the de-occupied and front-line territories.

This was reported in the Ministry of Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories.

“Citizens are waiting for our decisions. Often, due to hostilities and constant enemy shelling, our people are deprived of access to the most necessary things, including medicines.” – Iryna Vereshchuk explained the decision.

To solve this problem, “Ukrposhta” will receive a license to sell medicines in its own stationary and mobile postal offices.

This innovation should spread affordable medicines throughout the territory of Ukraine already in the first half of 2024.

Pharmacists are currently being recruited, because only a specialist has the right to dispense prescription and non-prescription drugs.

They are also planning to create a hotline for processing requests from people.

The first licensed warehouse should be opened in Kyiv. Lviv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Khmelnytskyi are also planned.

We will remind you that Ukraine has approved the program of medical guarantees for 2024.
