Close relatives of dead or missing military personnel have the right to travel abroad in accordance with the law “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization”. For this, you need to have a list of documents, in particular: a document confirming the family relationship with the missing/deceased person (birth certificate, marriage certificate); a document confirming the death/disappearance of a person.
