The Armed Forces of Ukraine told about what to do if a person has armor, and he was served with a summons. The explanation was given by the head of the personnel department of the headquarters of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Roman Horbach. According to him, a conscript who has armor from the mobilization draft must always have documents certifying this with him. If they are presented, the summons should not be served.
