Yevhen Kudryavets became the deputy head of the MES for European integration: what is known about him

The Government has appointed the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine for European integration. Yevhen Kudryavets, former deputy director of the Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for international relations, received the position, Minister of Education Oksen Lisovyi announced. At the MES, in addition to European integration, Yevhen Kudryavets will be responsible for international activities, work with donors and Ukrainians abroad, as well as extracurricular education. “With Yevhen, we have been breaking the rock for more than 10 years at the Small Academy of Sciences. Now it is time to join our efforts at the MES as well. His whole life is science. Both personally and managerially,” the minister noted. Yevhen Kudryavets and Oksen Lisovy Lisovy reported that Yevhen Kudryavets is the winner of several Olympiads and competitions in Ukraine and abroad. “In recent years at MAN, he led international activities, where he was able to establish a partnership with NASA, Francis Crick Institute, Ontario Science Center, MoMath, MILSET, Science Center Singapore, George Washington University, New York University and many other great partners,” wrote Oksen Lisovyi . According to the minister, Yevhen Kudryavets is one of those who created the “Lectures of the Future” project, thanks to which every Ukrainian can listen to a lecture by a Nobel laureate. The MES noted that Yevhen Kudryavets has a doctoral degree in economics and more than 10 years of experience in managing Ukrainian and international educational projects. Yevhen Kudryavets said on his Facebook page that he had worked at the National Academy of Sciences for 14 years. Among his achievements, together with his colleagues, he mentioned the launch of school experiments into space, participation and victories in international competitions, the opening of a science museum in Ukraine, etc. It will be recalled that the Minister of Education Oksen Lisovyi was the head of the National Academy of Sciences before his appointment. Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Dmytro Zavhorodnyi, the Director General of the Digital Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Education and Culture, as Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Oksen Lisovoy.
