So that the neighbors would not hear the children’s cries, the woman covered their mouths with a cloth and threatened to kill them. It is about the facts of domestic violence, torture, threats to kill, transfer of minors for exploitation, rape, sexual violence, child molestation and malicious failure to fulfill the duties of caring for children (Article 126-1, Part 2, Article 127, Part 1 Article 129, Part 3 of Article 149, Part 4, 5 of Article 152, Part 5 of Article 153, Part 2 of Article 156, Article 166 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
