The Ukrainian girls’ mathematics team won the title of the best European team at this year’s European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad in Slovenia. This was reported on the website of the Olympics. In the individual competition, the results are as follows: Polina Genyk – 38 points, gold; Iryna Romanyuk – 37 points, silver; Evgenia Frankevich – 37 points, silver; Maryna Spektrova – 36 points, silver. “The victory of our girls’ national team of Ukraine in mathematics is the contribution of our children to our great victory, which we all believe in and to which we are moving step by step thanks to our valiant Armed Forces of Ukraine,” adds Lyudmila Frankevich.
