Three families with 4 minor children from the occupied territory were returned to Ukraine.
This was reported by the charitable organization Save Ukraine.
The volunteers said that the parents Milan and Wife (names changed for security reasons) lost their business because they did not want to get Russian passports and pay taxes in Russia.
“The children and their mother were forced to sit in the basement for almost whole days, because the Russians constantly shelled their village with mortars. And when there were explosions, Milana made cartoons louder so as not to hear these sounds“, the organization said.

Angela lived with her mother in an occupied town.
The occupiers “invited” the schoolgirl three times to study at a Russian school, but the girl refused each time.
The girl’s mother said that a Russian air defense system was stationed near their house, and several times the occupiers shot down a UAV right over their house. The Russians also frequently launched small drones with parachutes. These devices flew close and self-destructed. This is how the occupiers manipulated the local residents and lied about “strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.
Big Brother Arsen serves in the Armed Forces, but the family found themselves in the occupation and could not leave on their own. The Russians visited their house several times with searches.
“The most terrible was the first search, when their yard was surrounded by “Tigers”, URALs, and a sniper sat opposite the house and aimed at the window of the house. Dad was interrogated for several hours, forced to undress and show if he had tattoos“, the boy recalls.
My mother packed and unpacked her bags several times to leave the occupation. But the woman was afraid that because of her older son, she would be turned back and the younger one would be taken away.
We will remind, at the beginning of February, 4 children under the age of 16 were returned from the occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions. The youngest of them is not even a year old.
