Many animals have not had time to be born, but have already been deprived of a chance to live.” – says the minister. Horses, deer, deer, wild boars, roe deer, muskrats, beavers, foxes, hares and birds could die from the Russians’ detonation of the Kakhovskaya HPP. “Wings do not guarantee the survival of birds after this disaster. Those who miraculously saved their lives are forced to leave their habitat, look for a new place and adapt to new conditions,” added Strelets. We will remind you that Russia’s undermining of the Kakhovskaya HPP threatened the disappearance of 30% of the nature reserve fund of the Kherson region. In general, the estimated amount of damage to the environment due to the tragedy already amounts to more than 55 billion hryvnias.
