Filmed child porn and raped: the mother and her roommate will be tried in Kryvyi Rih

In Kryvyi Rih, the mother and her roommate will be tried for rape andgwaltzing of the woman’s daughters, who are 1 and 2 years old.

As reported in the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor’s office, the suspects filmed child porn and forced children to participate in this process.

“It was established that the mother and her roommate molested her 1-year-old daughter. In addition, she repeatedly raped her other child, who is 2 years old.” – the message says.

The prosecutor’s office notes that the woman recorded her actions on a mobile phone.

It is known that she has three children. They were removed from the family. They are currently in a family-type orphanage. And the suspects were taken into custody.

On the facts of depravity, rape of minors, production of child pornography and forcing children to create it, criminal proceedings have been opened for parts 4 and 6 of article 152, part 2 of article 156 and part 4 of the article. 301-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

A pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
