A criminal case was opened against Spartak Subbota regarding the forgery of documents: the investigation is ongoing

The Kyiv police opened criminal proceedings against the pseudo-psychiatrist Spartak Subbota regarding the authenticity of the educational documents published by him.
The Shevchenko Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kyiv is conducting a pre-trial investigation.
This was reported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in response to a request by “Hromadske”, and the Kyiv police confirmed the information in a comment by “UP. Life”.
“We have proceedings against one of the well-known bloggers under Article 358, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – forgery of documents, seals, stamps and forms, sale or use of forged documents. The criminal proceedings are being investigated by the Shevchenkiv police department.”– said Kyiv police spokeswoman Yulia Girdvilis.

Law enforcement officers are investigating Spartak’s alleged use of forged education documents in his name.
Investigators opened proceedings under Part 4 of Article 358 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on April 20, 2023.
It will be recalled that previously the star “psychotherapist” and co-host of the YouTube project “Podcast Therapy” Spartak Subbota became the hero of a high-profile investigation, in which the psychotherapist Ilya Poludionny accused Spartak of deception and fraud.
Poludyonnyi claimed that Spartak lied about his real name (Alexander), his regalia, having a higher medical education, publishing his articles in prestigious scientific databases, etc. Saturday was also accused of having intimate relationships with female clients.
Spartak himself introduced himself as a psychiatrist and stated that he studied at the Bogomolets National Medical University. However, Poludyonnyi collected testimonies of people who claim that the blogger could not study there.
Poludyonnyi wrote that among Sabbota’s confirmed higher educations is a bachelor’s degree at the University named after M.P. Drahomanov, majoring in “Psychology”. Subbota also stated that he had completed two master’s degrees in France, but such a diploma was not notarized (that is, recognized) in Ukraine.
Saturday tried to refute the accusations by publishing a birth certificate and diplomas, in particular, a certificate of confirmation of a foreign diploma from the University of Nice.
However, the Ministry of Education and Science said that they did not issue this confirmation to Saturday. Also, users of social networks noticed photoshop on the birth certificate, and the Ministry of Education and Culture turned to the police because of the alleged forgery of education documents on Saturday.
