The law enforcement officers have started criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 299 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (cruelty to animals). “A woman filed a complaint with the Darnytsia Police Department and reported that an unknown man had mistreated a dog in the Park of Partisan Glory. After interviewing the applicant and witnesses to the crime, the police determined that the boy had committed violent acts against the animal,” the message reads.
