On July 10, the submission of applications for 11th-grade graduates to institutions of vocational pre-higher education fell apart. Submission of documents is possible both online and offline, the Ministry of Education and Science reports. Submission of applications for admission through interviews and creative competitions will continue until 6 p.m. on July 31, and according to the results of the National Multi-Subject Test – until 6 p.m. on August 9. In order to submit an application online, the applicant must register on the website vstup.edbo.gov.ua. In the personal account, the graduate must: fill in the necessary data and upload his own photo; in the application submission section, select the desired competitive offer; choose the source of funding and indicate whether the previously chosen degree of education (professional junior bachelor) was obtained; add the text of the motivation letter; check the correctness of the specified data and confirm the submission of the application. The Ministry of Health recommends paying attention to the fact that: you can edit information, in particular, change photos in the electronic cabinet only before submitting the first application; if you do not have NMT/ZNO certificates, you can apply for those specialties through an interview or a creative competition, where it is provided. However, keep in mind that in the case of admission on the basis of NMT/ZNO certificates, your competitive score increases by 25%; if you are entitled to a benefit, before applying, it is recommended to contact the nearest educational institution with supporting documents to enter information in the Register of persons with special admission conditions, so that your benefit is displayed in the “Special admission conditions” section; the text of a motivational letter must be added to each application, which must meet the requirements specified by the educational institution for a specific competitive proposal. You can familiarize yourself with them in the “Requirements” tab in the application submission module; 120 minutes are provided for writing the text of the motivation letter in the office, then the system will be updated and the text will not be saved; all submitted applications are displayed in the corresponding menu of the electronic cabinet, but they may not appear there immediately, but after a certain time; you can cancel the submitted application if it has not yet been considered by the educational institution.
