“The animals were cared for by a woman who lived on an island without electricity or communication. They say that her husband was a hunter, he died 20 years ago, and since then the woman lived there alone“, says volunteer Danyil Koval.
He adds that domestic and domestic animals are not the only inhabitants of the island, wild animals also live there.
“When we arrived, the animals were hungry, they immediately started eating what we brought. But only one dog went to hands, others – ran away The cats hid, we looked for them, lured them out, it was a little easier with the dogs“, the volunteer continues.
