In Volyn, in the village of Byhiv, 19-year-old Andrii Moroz made a snowman more than 6 meters high and 13.5 meters wide.

Sculpting the “snow woman” lasted 6 days, the boy said in the comment “To the public“.

Andriy made a snowman in the garden near the house. During the work, which took almost a week, the boy was helped a little by his younger brother.

According to Andriy, when there was not enough snow, he drove it off the road with a trailer for a walk-behind tractor.

“I reinforced the lower layer with formwork so that the structure would hold and not fall apart. I made snow blocks and stacked them like bricks.

I had to work at night to adapt to the weather. First I sculpted small parts, waited for them to freeze, and then continued.” – said the boy.

After a few days, the upper part of the snow sculpture has partially collapsed, but the two lower layers are standing firm.

It is noted that Andriy graduated from a higher vocational school with a specialty of carpentry. The boy had no construction experience.

Andriy Moroz did not submit his snowman to enter the record.

The idea to mold him arose in order to gain popularity in social networks, the Volyn resident added.
