An educational course has been launched for Ukrainians in Denmark who want to create their own business

For Ukrainians who currently live in Denmark and want to open their own business, the Business Incubator educational project has been launched. The course was developed by the Ukrainian platform n.cubator together with the educational initiative for the Ukrainian community in Denmark IVDK HUB with the support and financing of the EU Social Fund. The course is designed for six weeks, during which Ukrainian aspiring entrepreneurs or people inspired by the idea of creating a business will be able to acquire the knowledge necessary to develop their own business. The project aims to help budding entrepreneurs create a business model and implement it in practice. The teachers of the course are entrepreneurs with experience in developing their own businesses and teaching in well-known business schools of Ukraine. Life”, the idea of the course is to engage Ukrainians who want to create a business with practical knowledge and support, in particular mentors – influential entrepreneurs, who can and want to share their experience with “newbies”. “It’s not even about business anymore, but about broadening one’s horizons. We want to give Ukrainians the opportunity to support themselves, to open businesses in Denmark, but at the same time to have the opportunity to maintain contact with Ukraine – so that they can return home with new skills and knowledge , and some, perhaps, with remotely launched businesses,” Shvets emphasized. Training for the first group, which consists of 140 Ukrainians, began in January. According to the founder of n.cubator, not only citizens who already have some experience in creating a business, but also those who want to open their own business “from scratch” joined the project. Among the business ideas that Ukrainians came to the course with, in particular, there are the following: opening a restaurant, coffee shop, cafe of Ukrainian cuisine, bakery; provision of services in the field of marketing, work with social networks, communication, coaching, tourist services, promotion of Ukrainian places where foreigners can travel during and after the war, production and sale of confectionery, clothes, jewelry, etc. “All ideas are not technological – this is not a start-up party, as it is customary in global “incubators”. In this case, we are talking about an ordinary normal business”, – emphasizes Dmytro Shvets. Currently, the project is actively looking for mentors for course participants – successful entrepreneurs and business consultants who can and want to share their accumulated knowledge and experience with budding entrepreneurs in order to inspire them and help them develop their own business.
