Documents for VLK can now be sent online: what will change for the military

Electronic document flow now works between military units, TCC and social support services.

That is, medical certificates and conclusions can be sent online, the Ministry of Health reported.

The department notes that this will significantly simplify and speed up the process of passing the military medical commission for servicemen.

The following documents will be exchanged through the electronic document circulation system:

☛ a certificate about the circumstances of the injury (wounds, contusions, mutilations);

☛ VLK decision on the need for medical leave;

☛ resolution of the VLK on unfitness for military service;

☛ other documents necessary for forming a decision of the VLK.

Previously, documents for the VLK had to be taken to another city or documents about vacation or unfitness due to health conditions had to be brought to the military unit in person.

“Now, the medical facility will electronically send the documents regarding the VLK’s decision on vacation or unfitness due to health to the military unit, after which the serviceman can immediately go to the recruitment center at the place of residence or vacation.

The military unit, in turn, after processing the decision of the VLK, sends the relevant documents for the serviceman directly to the recruitment center”explained the Ministry of Health.

If a serviceman is refused service or the institution to which he applied does not have an electronic document management system, he should contact the hotline: Ministry of Health at 0 800 60 20 19 or Ministry of Defense – 0 800 500 442.

We remind you that you can also sign up for the VLK online. The electronic queue at the VLK is already available to all servicemen in military polyclinics.
