Free treatment at the Superhumans prosthetics center: how to get in line

At the Superhumans Center reconstructive surgery clinic in Lviv, a queue of patients in need of prosthetics has begun to form. The first building of the center will be operational this spring.
The Ministry of Health explained how war victims can receive appropriate medical care free of charge.
To submit your documents to the Superhumans specialists and start preparing for possible treatment at the prosthetics center, it is enough to fill out the form on the website at the link.
In particular, the following data must be provided:
- Full Name;
- date of birth;
- contact number;
- email,
- briefly describe injuries and stages of treatment;
- date of injury,
- medical documentation regarding the injury,
- current status and location;
- upload a photo of the injury,
- the last extract of medical history from a medical institution.
After filling out the questionnaire, the team of the Superhumans center will contact the potential patient and start the necessary dialogue.

Superhumans Center is a modern clinic for prosthetics, reconstructive surgery, rehabilitation and psychological support for Ukrainians who suffered as a result of the full-scale Russian invasion. All services for patients in the clinic will be completely free.
As the Ministry of Health added, the Superhumans supervisory board includes the First Lady of Ukraine, Olena Zelenska, and the Minister of Health, Viktor Lyashko.
