From now on, the first electronic prescription can be obtained without a personal visit to the doctor.
This was reported by the Ministry of Health.
The patient can get an e-prescription even if he is contacting the doctor remotely for the first time.
Exceptions are those who undergo replacement maintenance therapy.

“In his decision, the doctor must rely on the data received from the patient about his current condition, complaints, as well as information from his primary accounting medical documentation. He must also enter medical records about such interaction into the electronic health care system.” – the Ministry of Health explains.
Previously, a patient could get the first e-prescription without a personal visit to a doctor only in the presence of acute or chronic diseases.
We will remind you that in Ukraine the validity period of electronic prescriptions for some drugs has been extended.
