Oleksandr posted the photo in the “petticoat” as early as June 4, 2023, when a scandal arose in the volunteer community over the phrase “What if the military orders their own petticoats?” This question was allegedly asked by Minister of Finance Serhii Marchenko during a closed meeting, discussing the volunteering tax. The minister later denied it. As Oleksandr Morozov told “UP. Life”, the “petticoat”, which later turned out to be a nightgown, was given to him by his girlfriend. The man’s photo on the social network then helped to collect about 180,000 hryvnias for cars for the unit. Now the soldier promises to present this “penny coat”, signed by the entire company, to whoever sends the largest donation. Oleksandr posted the photo in the “petticoat” on June 4, 2023. For the second largest donation, Oleksandr plans to donate his pink belt, and for the third – pink men’s underpants. “The hits of this historic summer can be in your collection and then be sold by your grandchildren for big money,” Oleksandr writes. The military says that he is tired of the same and serious posts about collecting funds for the needs of the army. “Of course, I understand that in some genetic code we have the fact that we need longing and bewilderment. But I am not in favor of all this. We have such difficult times, and we need to approach people with a smile and humor. Somewhere to troll , something to complain about,” Oleksandr says.
