The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has created a special action algorithm for entrants from the temporarily occupied territories who plan to take the national multimedia test in 2023. To begin with, it is necessary to upload an identity document and the registration number of the taxpayer’s registration card. Since TOT graduates may not have registration documents for reasons beyond their control in wartime conditions, in order to give them the opportunity to register at the NMT, the MES proposes the following procedure: after applications from TOT graduates, general secondary education institutions will produce a certificate for form and send them a scanned copy by e-mail; The Ukrainian Center for Evaluation of the Quality of Education will register graduates based on their birth certificate and the certificate obtained; Photo: GaudiLab/Depositphotos When creating a personal account, entrants from TOT must select the type of document “Birth Certificate”. If necessary, you should select the “I confirm that I do not have RNOCPP” mark. After that, you need to upload the necessary scanned copies. We would like to remind you that students who are registered and are in the temporarily occupied territories will be able to enter higher education institutions remotely without taking the NMT.
