Ukrainians can travel abroad during martial law for treatment. The relevant resolution was adopted by the government on January 27. The Ministry of Health clarified the document. It became known who and under what conditions can cross the border to receive treatment in other countries: patients who need long-term or expensive medical care abroad; people who receive medical services that are not available due to the war in Ukraine. And also on the basis of the letter of the Minister of Health of Ukraine, which was agreed with the foreign party on the list of persons who can be treated there. The need for treatment abroad must be confirmed by a form filled out by a doctor who refers patients to another country. Departure is allowed accompanied by one of the family members: one of the parents, husband or wife, native or adopted children. We remind you that the procedure for obtaining birth and marriage certificates abroad has been simplified for Ukrainians.
